Refund policy

COCHADY has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to ship it back to our return center for a refund.

Any claims regarding the delivery of the Product(s) must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the Product(s).

Any package returned after the prescribed time will be refused and sent back to the sender.

The costs and risks related to the return of the Product(s) shall be borne by the sender. For the customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging, intact, with its label attached, unworn, accompanied by all its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.

The customer does not have to justify the reasons or pay any penalties, except for the return shipping costs and any potential customs duties.

COCHADY cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or deterioration of the package. Packages for which the identification of the customer (name, first name, address and return code) is not possible will be refused.

Upon receipt of the Product(s) returned by the Customer, the customer service will send a confirmation of receipt of the Product(s) by e-mail.


If the complete order is returned, the refund will not include the shipping costs.

To this end, the Customer shall insert the delivery invoice indicating the tracking number of the package in the return package.COCHADY shall refund the Customer the sums paid by the latter and corresponding to the acquisition of the returned Products (thus excluding delivery costs and any customs duties), within a maximum period of 14 days by bank transfer to the account used with the credit card bearing the Customer's name.

Please note that a deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced because you have handled the goods more than necessary.


  • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition with the return information label
  • Make sure that all products are exactly as you received them, with the label and seal still attached.
  • All products delivered in their own box, must be returned in their original undamaged box, as they are considered part of the product.
  • Please be sure to return products that come in their own box inside another sturdy cardboard box so as not to damage the original packaging.

Every product is carefully checked before being sent. We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. However, if an item you receive is defective or damaged you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt.
